Crunch and Sip.



We had our first session of 'Crunch and Sip' on Wednesday. It was great to read a book in class and eat some healthy fruits and vegetables. Looking forward to this time each week.

  3. Crunch & Sip is AWESOME!But... once a week isn't enough, we should have Crunch & Sip EVERYDAY... remember our bodies need 5 serves or Fruit/Veg EACH day to have optimum health benefits :-D
